Financial institutions and lending agencies face significant challenges in managing loan applications due to inefficient tracking, cumbersome submission processes, and lack of oversight on managerial activities, leading to delays, errors, and poor customer experience.
Goal
To design a user-friendly Loan Management Platform that streamlines the entire loan application process by enabling real-time tracking, seamless submission to banks, and comprehensive oversight of managerial tasks, thereby enhancing efficiency, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
